If you are reaching the 28-week mark of pregnancy, it is absolutely normal to feel some anxiety, fear, and hesitation about birth and postpartum.
This is an adaptation of an exercise I learned from my teachers Maryn and Margo from Indie Birth. It is made to guide you and your partner to clear out the doubts and fears, or at least face and name them, so you can move forward towards the end of your pregnancy with more awareness and ease.
