What?
A sacred women’s circle is a powerful and transformative space where women come together to connect, support, and empower one another on their spiritual journeys. In these gatherings, we share our experiences, wisdom, and vulnerabilities in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
In this sacred space we honor the divine feminine within each woman while fostering a sense of community and sisterhood. We give each other permission to express our innermost truths, and be witnessed as our authentic selves. The circle acts as a container for profound healing and self-awareness, both on an individual and collective level.
How?
As the facilitator, I will open the circle with a prayer and a short grounding meditation. We begin sharing, one by one.
There are a few etiquette rules in a circle:
- We do not interrupt
- We do not comment on shares or give advice to sisters, unless solicited
- We do not take anything personally – we are invited to look at ourselves as reflections and projections of others. We ask “what does this say about me?”, before we ask “what are they saying about/to me?”.
- We use our words carefully and respectfully
- We take responsibility for our emotions, reactions, and the transformation that the circle brings
When the circle ends, we close with a prayer, and a quick energy cleanse. We remain within the rules of the circle, giving it time for the transformations to sink in.
